Expert Interview Series: Rod Santomassimo

Yippee-oh-i-ay! We're bracing for a snowstorm here in the Northeast... the news is making it out to be this monstrous armageddon of a storm, but I haven't seen a snowflake yet (I might be eating my words by the time this goes live).

When I get stuck inside for a snowstorm, I get really hungry. And those Munchitos my hubby made me stock up on yesterday are calling my name from the pantry.  Stinks because I'll be in Florida next week and will look like all the other northerners...

Does Goal Setting Even Freakin' Work?: A modern spiritual perspective on an ancient business principle.

Does Goal Setting Even Freakin' Work?: A modern spiritual perspective on an ancient business principle.

I had to refrain from using expletives in the title because it’s the topic we’re talking about this December at the blog and it’s been itching at me like a

swollen

Amazonian

bug

bite.

You see, I was raised by an awesome leader who, in his book, “The Spirituality of Success,”   after multiple interviews with Entrepreneur of the Year award winners who all apologetically responded that they don't set goals, purports

GOAL SETTING DOESN’T WORK.

On the other hand, everyone else tells me it does.

Now, I’m no stranger to going against the grain.

After all, if only 1% of people are making over $350k in this country, then the other 99% or more are totally wrong, that is, most of the people you will talk to you in your life.

So, who do I believe?

The following spawns more questions than answers, but if it expands your mind for even a second about how goals might

affect our potential,

our view of ourselves,

living our destiny vs. living our fate,

and limiting or expanding us,

then it’s worth diving into some of these questions.

On this edition of What’s Working Wednesday where we discuss quick bits of what’s working for us right now in this digital marketing adventure, we’ll be talking about MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

What's Working Wednesday: Direct Messaging On Social

On today's edition of What's Working Wednesday, where we share what's working for us right now on this digital marketing adventure, we're talking about optimizing the followers and likes you get on social media.
