    • How will I know if I'm doing it right?

      Our program gives you expert one-on-one feedback from us.  Not our team or our assistants or outsourced help.  Directly from me. You can repeat the exercises as many times as you like to get feedback until you feel totally confident in your sales conversations. 

    • How can I pay?

      Once you click on the "Add to Cart" button, you'll be taken to a check out page where you will create a username and password, add a credit card to your account, and finally, enroll in the course. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. The payment portal is totally secure and not handled on our own site.
    • Do you offer any discounts?

    • What happens after I pay for the course?

      Once you checkout, you'll be taken to a "Thank You Page" with a welcome video from me. Once you enter the course, you'll see your welcome module including a course tutorial. Go through the Welcome Module first, and you'll be ready to dive into the course. Please save the username and password you created when you enrolled in the course as well as bookmarking the URL to access easily in the future.     • I've taken other courses where the trainer disappeared after I purchased the course. How involved are you?

      Let’s just say this: I don’t go to sleep until every email, every comment and every video assignment gets a response. You won’t get my cell, 'cause my kids have it most of the time anyway, but you will have access to email support within 24-48 business hours.

    • What tech do I need to access the course material?

      The bare minimum is reliable internet access, a smart phone, tablet or laptop. The materials are downloadable so you save them for when you are not connected to Wi-Fi. You will also need a Facebook account if you want to ask questions, interact and submit video challenges and printer if you want a hard copy of your work.

    • I'm not sure how long I will be selling this product. Should I take this course now?

      If you are a salesperson, I know there’s a 90% chance you are open to hearing about a new sales opportunity.  Don’t worry, what you learn you can apply to the next product or service you market as you will have lifetime access to the course material to repeat as many times as you like for every new product and service you offer.

    • You look too young to be successful sales. Why should I listen to you?

      Believe it or not, I get this all the time so I'm used to it! Don't feel bad for thinking it. I get it enough that I had to make an FAQ out of it. We are often fed images of what success looks like in our society and whether or not you are aware of it, they can affect you on a subconcious level. I myself had issues make money so young, and a woman at that! I broke six figures when I was 25 and I struggled with the idea that I wasn't supposed to be making money yet. I thought the $200k salary went to the 50-60 year white guys in the corner office. Everyone has an internal dialogue that can be holding them back from the very success they want. When I was selling insurance I thought, "Why should anyone trust me? I don't have as much experience as my competitors. I'm just a kid in their eyes." I didn't fit the stereotype of an insurance salesperson...and that was a good thing! I was, and often still am, the youngest angel investor at the meetings I attended, often being mistaken for the assistant.

      But I love to teach and I love to teach people how to sell, because I'm passionate about getting your products and services out to the market. I bring a fresh perspective to a field that often teaches strategies for an antiquated market. I hope the free trainings have given you an idea that success can go beyond the stereotype we have been fed.

    • If you're so good at selling, why aren't you selling?

      That is a really great question! Have you heard the saying, "Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach?" I was fed that propoganda growing up. I'm sure it's true for some people. But the reality is, I would not have experienced the level of success I had in sales if I was not able to duplicate myself in others. In other words, train and coach others to be as successful a seller as I was. When I had children I had decided that the next company I help build will be my own. I didn't want anyone telling me I was earning too much, changing commission plans, office politics, government regulations, etc. I'm really great at selling and now I sell my own products and services every single day.

      On a more personal level, I want the freedom to dictate my own time, not have to miss a karate practice or sick day, travel when and however much I want, and, because I have a chronic illness, I make a terrible employee! At the end of the day, my favorite part of my last job was not running sales reports, having 3 management meetings a week, hiring, recruiting, or running an office. It was training and coaching salespeople to push beyond their perceived limits and experience the success they desire. So that's what I do 99% of the time at the JPM Sales Patners Academy.
